Please select 7:00am when you click “Book” on daycare or boarding. It will then provide you with a drop-down menu to select your drop-off and pick-up time.

If you wish to add multiple days at once please select the “Select and add another time” or “Select and make recurring” option.

Please note that on your first visit, you need to fill out our online intake form and accompany your pooch into the daycare for a 15 mins meet and greet session at the HiPooch daycare and boarding centre.

If you have received a coupon or certificate, or purchased a discount package, please click on “Redeem Coupon, Package, or Gift Certificate” button and enter your code or email.

Please note that “Hike in nature” is a complementary service and its offering depends on weather condition and our schedule. It is not guaranteed for every visit.
